| "Nice hotel, but I think I will look for something different next time. Getting room service was a problem. The service in their restaurant was like something from Fawlty Towers. The safe in our room didn't work and the handle kept falling off the bathroom door. The laundry service was efficient, though a little pricey. On the upside their cleaning was good and I liked having my bed turned at night. check-in was efficient and the breakfast buffet was good." |

| "I stayed here a few years ago and liked it very much...this time, service even better...the price has jumped considerably since my 2004 and 2005 stays, but I assume this ia happening all around Beijing..loved the staff...wish internet was offered comlimentary as it was before!

| "We checked into the Jianguo Hotel by mistake, not realizing there are two hotels in the same road with similar names. It was very confusing.
Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable. Wonderful breakfast. Great location. Excellent staff. " |

Staff were very helpful, even if they didn't understand what i was saying half the time!!!. Very clean and reasonablly priced. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others." |

| "Very nice large rooms, excellent location right at subway stop and within walking to Oriental Mall, which has fastastic food court in basement. Breakfast very good for western food, fair for chinese food. Worth it if you get the room at a discount. Internet is expensive." |

| "Hi, though I only stay at this hotel for 1 night... but my friends and myself were very satisfied with the quality. The staffs were polite and helpful. Though it is a 4-star hotel but the room have every things of what a 5-star or international hotel carry. The location was perfect too. The MRT (metro) is just a few steps away and Wang Fu Jing is reachable in 15 mins. Highly recommended." |
