Would I stay at this location
again:

Most likely
This hotel is very new, opening in November 2007. Luxury is in even the basic deluxe room. Two flat screen plasma tv's. One is 42" in the main room and a 19"tv in the bathroom, just above the deep soaking tub. Command of the English language is poor at the facility as well as the Ritz Carlton next door. This is a new area of Beijing and NO cab drivers know where the hell this hotel is. Only ride on a "metered cab"; don't accept a "flat rate/fixed priced" from any taxi driver. Taxi's are very cheap so this hotel being a bit out of the way, isn't really too bad. I would however look into staying at the Raffles next time, due to its more central location. Service here is exceptional and gracious at the very least. Our concierge suggested hiring a car, driver and guide to see the Great Wall. Very good suggestion except for the guide reciting Communist reteract verbatum. Forbidden City we hired a college student guide on the street for 120rmh. Worth the money but don't spend more the 3 hours at the Forbidden City.

"We had been staying at this hotel from 19/11/08 till 22/11/08. This hotel is very new and beautifull. Two flat screen plasma tv's. Big rooms with well-thought details and very big bathroom. The room is modern and elegant. Breakfast buffet is magnificient. Staff is polite and servise is blameless. Very comfortable spa and sauna with big indoor swimming pool and gym. Next time we will be stay only this hotel."

"Beautiful, brand new and with a perfect location. Just opened November 2007 with top of the line features and well-thought details in the room and the sexy bathroom. Modern and elegant, impecable service and extremely nice people. Breakfast buffet: awesome! The problem with Room Service was what to choose... delicacies from International and Asian inspired cuisine kept me puzzled for a while. I picked from the menu a Pepper and Sesame Seed Crusted Tuna with a Green Salad (delicious and perfect) and for dessert I had a Ginger Creme Brulee with Green Tea Ice Cream and Mango, which I slowly ate enjoying a relaxing hot tub and watching the flat screen there is in the bathroom... Looking forward to come back ASAP."
