526 well-appointed bedrooms and suites offer superior comfort and special amenities for the discerning travellers, on business or leisure. All rooms have broadband Internet connectivity, colour TV with cable news in all major languages, sports & movie channels, individually controlled air-conditioning and heating, IDD/DDD, in-room safe, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities. Guestrooms either overlook the Liangma River or the hotel frontage and city skyline. Last guestrooms refurbishment was completed in 2001.
ROOM TYPES
Superior Room :
Spacious and well lighted, all rooms are 36sq. metres size with modern furnishing including a writing desk, two armchairs and coffee table. Beddings configuration are125 rooms with king-bed and 62 rooms with 2 single bed each. All rooms have attached bathroom, bedside control panel and remote controlled TV. This room type has 8 rooms specially equipped for the physical handicapped. Superior rooms are located from 3rd to 8th floor.
Deluxe Room :
Deluxe rooms are on higher floors from level 9 to 11, enjoying scenic view of the Liangma River or the Beijing skyline. Room size is 36 sq. metres, comfortably furnished with added amenities and two-line phone. Bedroom furnishing includes a writing desk, a credenza for TV & minibar, two armchairs and a coffee table. Beddings configuration are 105 rooms with king-bed and 42 rooms with 2 single bed each. All rooms have attached bathroom, bedside control panel and remote controlled TV.
Executive Room :
Four Executive floors with separate check-in and express check-out for 113 Executive Rooms and 39 suites. Breakfast, cocktail hour and refreshment throughout are available in the Club Lounge, which includes a separate meeting room, TV room and a computer room. Executive Rooms are configured with 85 king-bedded rooms and 28 rooms with 2 single beds each. Located from 12th to 16th floor, rooms are more luxuriously furnished in warm colour scheme and lightings. Room size is 36 sq. metres and furnished with a writing desk, a credenza for TV & minibar, two armchairs and a coffee table. Other benefits include butler service, branded amenities, two-line phone, free Internet access and free local calls.
Junior Suite :
Junior Suite is 52 square-metre-sized, consisting of a lounge and a smaller sleeping room separated with sliding doors and one en-suite bathroom. Located on the Executive Club floors, Junior Suite guests enjoy all Executive Club Floor in-room and Executive Lounge benefits. The spacious suite lounge has a full sofa set, work table, a credenza for TV and mini-bar and coffee table. Suite is very well lighted and decorated in warm autumn colours. There is a total of 16 Junior Suites available.
Presidential Suite :
This premier suite is located on the 16th floor, and is “home” to some famous celebrities and politician, past and present. Decorated in modern Chinese style, the Presidential Suite has a spacious main foyer, a master bedroom luxuriously furnished with a large bathroom attached, a second bedroom, a separate lounge, a dining room and a kitchenette. The suite has a total area space of 216 square metres, covered in plush carpeting and decorated with beautiful Chinese antiques pieces. The spacious main bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub, separate shower, separate water closet and full deluxe branded amenities. Other benefits include round-the-clock butler service and full Executive Floor and Lounge benefits.
Diplomatic Suite :
Only four Diplomatic Suites, each named after a period in Chinese history; Ming Yuan, Ching and Tang. Each suite is individually furnished and decorated with art and craft pieces reflective of the period. Diplomatic Suite consist of a very spacious lounge and separate bedroom, tastefully furnished in light colours of blue or autumn shades. The lounge is 72 square-metres with a full lounge set, TV/mini-bar, a dining table for six and a separate washroom. Bedroom is 36 square-metre with en-suite bathroom, work-table, credenza for TV and mini-bar, 2 arm-chairs and coffee table. Suite can be converted into Two-bedroom Diplomatic Suite though an interconnecting door from the lounge. Two-bedroom suite is 144 square-metre in total. All four Diplomatic Suites are located on the 16th floor, and enjoy full Executive Club Floor benefits.
Salon Suite :
Comfortably decorated, the 18 Salon Suites are located between the 14th to 16th floors, within the Executive Club Floor levels. The suite is 72 square-metre-sized, consisting of a lounge and a separate sleeping room, each with en-suite bathroom. Salon Suite occupants enjoy all Executive Club Floor in-room and Executive Lounge benefits. The sleeping room is fully equipped with credenza for TV and fully stocked mini-bar, work-desk, 3 phone extensions, 2 arm-chairs, etc., whereas the spacious suite lounge has a full sofa set, work table, a credenza for TV and fully stocked mini-bar and coffee table. RESTAURANTS & BARS
The KEMPINSKI HOTEL BEIJING LUFTHANSA CENTER continues to be in the forefront of Beijing's culinary industry with creative dining concepts and award winning restaurants. Kranzler's Restaurant & Bar :
Café Kranzler in Berlin in the roaring twenties, painted on oil by Christian Breidenbach in 1934. Until it was destroyed in World War II, it was located on the boulevard "Unter den Linden" in the eastern half of the City. Since the 1950's the Kranzler has its new home on the West Berlin "Kurfürstendamm" and now at the Kempinski in Beijing.
Kranzler's Restaurant & Bar is the latest addition to the Beijing dining and entertainment scene. A trendy restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, excellent food and the good wines by the glass. A place to be ! Come and enjoy a light lunch buffet, tapas or just choose something from the a la carte menu. Daily fresh seafood, the finest beef and the best charcoal and wood-fired brick dishes for you to experience. The Restaurant will feature a wine bar offering world wines by the glass, the best cocktails in town and delicious tapas.
Kempi Deli :
Our ever popular delicatessen is reputed for its variety of freshly baked bread, cakes and pastries. A quick snack and coffee may be partaken at the Kempi Deli which is stylishly decorated with seating capacity for 32 people.

Dragon Palace :

Paulaner Brauhaus :
eijing’s premier microbrewery, the Paulaner Brauhaus is one of its kind. Famous for its traditional German food and Paulaner beer, this award-winning restaurant caters to a large following of local patrons and regular hotel guests. The lively atmosphere of culinary enjoyment and live music in typical Bavarian setting is especially contagious over the annual Oktoberfest event that last practically a whole month.
The restaurant seats 240 people, and the warm season our Biergarten terrace seats another 164 people.

Trattoria La Gondola :

Jade Ballroom - Conference :
Our Jade Ballroom of 966 square metres size, can accommodate up to 1200 guests in theatre style, or subdivided into three separate rooms of equal proportion. In Kempinski tradition of luxury and excellence, the ballroom is designed in modernistic style, with mirrors and wood panelling. Fitted with black-out curtains, a floor to ceiling glass wall allows daylight in, if preferred. A built-in stage suitable for business presentation or leisure performances is not included in the indicated dimension.
Jade Ballroom - Banquet :
For banquet events, the Jade Ballroom seats a maximum capacity of 840 people, or 180 in each section when subdivided. For a memorable experience and a unqualified success, your function begins with cocktail reception in the elegant and spacious foyer, while the ballroom may be creatively themed to suit your occasion. Our dedicated team will tailor-make your event to suit your needs, down to the smallest details, leaving you to relax and enjoy the credit.
Beijing Room :
Similarly decorated in style and colour scheme, the Beijing is a smaller version of the Jade Ballroom, and adjoining to it. Of 160 square-metre dimension, the room can comfortably accommodate 150 people in theatre seating or 90 people for a small banquet. A glass-fronted picture window overlooking the landscaped garden and Liangma River, lets in the daylight.
Hangzhou and Xian Rooms :
These two meeting rooms are 90 square metres each, and both tastefully decorated and enjoy natural lighting with floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the landscaped gardens. Both the Hangzhou and Xian rooms are rectangular with 15 metres length and 6 metres width dimensions. These rooms are well suited for small company meetings of 40 to 50 people in U-shape and classroom style respectively.
