| "We arrived about 10:30 pm to find no hot water in our room. Next morning we contacted Housekeeping, who sent someone to fix the problem. That night there was no hot water again, and Housekeeping's advice was to run the water for 15-20 minutes - very hard to do when you are from drought-stricken South Aust! However we did get hot water in the end. Next morning we saw the Duty Manager, who checked the situation and decided to upgrade us. So we spent the next 3 nights in a beautiful room on the 17th Floor. Consequently we have nothing but praise for our treatment at this Hotel. The service they provided, the superb breakfast each morning, and the friendly and efficient staff throughout the establishment made our stay very enjoyable." |

| "Excellent location.Very nice room, good service.
Only negative comment on the room: king size bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Lunch and dinner prices in the restaurant, are expensive, considering value." |

| "Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for it's location, comfort and friendly service.
Within easy walking distance to Tiennamen Square and The Forbidden City.
Hotel consiage all very friendly and helpful and arranged a private limosine to take us to The Great Wall, The Summer Palace and the Olympic Stadium at a very reasonable cost. The driver was most courtious.
The restaraunt and staff were excellent, particulaly the trainee manager (Marten)being most welcoming and friendly. As were the staff in the hotel shops.
Overall an excellent choice. " |

| "I have been staying with Novotel Peace Beijing during my business trip in April 2008.
The location is pretty near to famous Wang Fu Jing street which takes about 5~10 mins walking. The room is clean and well equipped with the facilities, except I think the bed (mattress) is a bit to hard for me. Breakfast is good with a mixture of Asian and Western food.
The overall experience is good (score of 8 out of 10). Thumb up !!!" |

| "Clean and comfortable rooms although beds were rather too firm but understand thats the norm in China.
Otherwise well furnished inc in room safe and tea and coffee making facilities /stainless steel kettle
Friendly and helpful staff and a good range of services
Centrally located just a few minutes walk from Metro or Pedestrian shopping Street which also contains Western Restuarants .
Sights of Tianemen Sq and Forbidden City a reasonable walk away other sights easily connected to via Metro or buses
Breakfast was truly excellent with a very wide range of both Asian and Western items
Only critism was that in room mugs and glasses were washed up in the bathroom sink by the cleaners when we would have expected these to be dealt with via Hotel Kitchen Dishwashing machines
No hesitation recomending this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Bejing " |
