We stayed in a very comfortable twin deluxe room. There was plenty of space for my husband, two young children and I. All areas of the hotel were bright, clean and warm. Staff were friendly, buffet breakfast and evening meals were very enjoyable and the pool and jacuzzi were just what the children needed after sightseeing. The hotel was pretty central for all tourist attractions and shopping malls. It was a good base for the family.

| "We arrived about 10:30 pm to find no hot water in our room. Next morning we contacted Housekeeping, who sent someone to fix the problem.That night there was no hot water again, and Housekeeping's advice was to run the water for 15-20 minutes - very hard to do when you are from drought-stricken South Aust! However we did get hot water in the end. Next morning we saw the Duty Manager, who checked the situation and decided to upgrade us. So we spent the next 3 nights in a beautiful room on the 17th Floor. Consequently we have nothing but praise for our treatment at this Hotel. The service they provided,the superb breakfast each morning, and the friendly and efficient staff throughout the establishment made our stay very enjoyable." |

Only negative comment on the room: king size bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Lunch and dinner prices in the restaurant, are expensive, considering value." |
