The hotel was fine. We had a superior room on the 19th floor. But the bathroom was not very clean and the room has a strange smell, like that of urine not cleaned out. While it is good value for money purely for its location, and the service was decent, the room was really not up to par. I would rather spend more money elsewhere the next time.

| "We arrived about 10:30 pm to find no hot water in our room. Next morning we contacted Housekeeping, who sent someone to fix the problem.That night there was no hot water again, and Housekeeping's advice was to run the water for 15-20 minutes - very hard to do when you are from drought-stricken South Aust! However we did get hot water in the end. Next morning we saw the Duty Manager, who checked the situation and decided to upgrade us. So we spent the next 3 nights in a beautiful room on the 17th Floor. Consequently we have nothing but praise for our treatment at this Hotel. The service they provided,the superb breakfast each morning, and the friendly and efficient staff throughout the establishment made our stay very enjoyable." |

Only negative comment on the room: king size bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Lunch and dinner prices in the restaurant, are expensive, considering value." |
