All OK PERFECT ! Excellent location, very near the main shopping pedestrian area - short walk (20 min.)from Forbidden City and TienAmmen square. Superb accomodation (free upgrade to 16th floor suite).
Staff kind, very competent, efficient.

| "We arrived about 10:30 pm to find no hot water in our room. Next morning we contacted Housekeeping, who sent someone to fix the problem.That night there was no hot water again, and Housekeeping's advice was to run the water for 15-20 minutes - very hard to do when you are from drought-stricken South Aust! However we did get hot water in the end. Next morning we saw the Duty Manager, who checked the situation and decided to upgrade us. So we spent the next 3 nights in a beautiful room on the 17th Floor. Consequently we have nothing but praise for our treatment at this Hotel. The service they provided,the superb breakfast each morning, and the friendly and efficient staff throughout the establishment made our stay very enjoyable." |

Only negative comment on the room: king size bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Lunch and dinner prices in the restaurant, are expensive, considering value." |
