Nice room and easy go hotel to everywhere .NIce services and nice bell counter.I stayed for 4 nites with two room style in difference wing. I perfer the higher wing as the facilities are comfortable and moderated ie; bathroom, key-lock, furnishing and service. But the breakfast should be changed each 2-3 days, as I stayed there for 4 days I started to remember all my morning disks on my third day.Overall, I can comment that the Novotel Xinqiao is a nice 4 star hotel by the attractive price.

| "Overall the hotel is central to everything and the amenities suit my needs. It has everything a budget traveller or a family requires. The room however is a bit dark even if you switch the lights on. Also the hotel should have advised guests that the sponge bath is not free. I was surprised when I checked out that I have to pay for this. My understanding was this was part of the bath gel and shampoo.
