Very Disappointing ! Staff knew very little English and had a bad attitude to boot. Breakfast was adequate at best ( canned fruit, stale cereal, etc. ) The rooms were barely O.K, and the bathroom is very small, about what you would find in a boat. No wash rags, no concept of washrags, until I was told that those are only provided in the B tower. This came after 4 days of asking. Expect to be overwhelmed with cigarette smoke. There is no such thing as a non-smoking king..so forget about reserving one. They will tell you that they will clean the air
but in my case, it never happened. I travel quite a bit and I expect inflated laundry prices, but not as high as the Novatel I asked if there was a neighborhood laundry and was refuseed that information ( an attempt to FORCE you to use their laundry ). In summary, I would never stay at this hotel again.
