Hotel wasn't bad nor was the food in the hotel. Personnel at the front desk were rather cool and didn't seem to be too interested in westerners. The worst part of our two night stay was at 9 pm on the second evening while packing up noticed that a $165 USD pair of women's hiking boots and a custom pair of orthodic shoe inserts were taken from the room. When we called the hotel management, the femail night duty manager claimed that she called the housekeeping and bell staff who had been in the room who claimed that they knew nothing about the missing items. The night manager then insisted the boots had to be in the room and her staff knew nothing about the missing articles and basically brushed us off insinuating that we were crazy and it was our fault for the loss of the property. Why would any acosted employee ever admit to stealing??
Due to this rather shabby treatment and callous reception from the hotel's management, I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel. I can't imagine why I'd have had to consider locking up a pair of hiking boots in the safe to secure my propety. Never in my travels or my years working at Walt Disney World in the claims department have I ever been so poorly treated or brushed off by hotel staff.

| "Overall the hotel is central to everything and the amenities suit my needs. It has everything a budget traveller or a family requires. The room however is a bit dark even if you switch the lights on. Also the hotel should have advised guests that the sponge bath is not free. I was surprised when I checked out that I have to pay for this. My understanding was this was part of the bath gel and shampoo.
