Got ill during stay and management was very helpful in arranging treatment at and transport to 'hospital for foreigners' - as well as use of business center to cancel / change other travel.
The coffee shop at ground level needs improvement in terms of service level and food presentation/quality.

| "Overall the hotel is central to everything and the amenities suit my needs. It has everything a budget traveller or a family requires. The room however is a bit dark even if you switch the lights on. Also the hotel should have advised guests that the sponge bath is not free. I was surprised when I checked out that I have to pay for this. My understanding was this was part of the bath gel and shampoo.
