| "The staff was the best! The only other hotel in China where I have had such good service was at the St. Regis in Beijing so that is saying a lot.

| "I had a good stay in Park Plaza Hotel, and it was my second time there.
The location is very good and the room clean,roomy enough and well equipped.
I'd say good value for money as overall appraisal.
The only trouble that I had, a deposit booked on my credit card which was charged even if I consumed nothing, is spoiling a little bit my level of satisfaction.
The manager assured to me that this will be fixed but in the meantime I am still waiting for it.
I am confident that everything will be OK and that I can return again to this nice hotel." |

| "Excellent hotel with outstanding concierge service. Good location and room size. The only negative was that the room smelled cigarette initially despite being in a non-smkoing floor. We had to keep the windows open. Also no individual room temperature control." |
