| "The first problem occurred upon checking in when the manager informed me that my reservation through asiarooms.com had been cancelled, even though I had the confirmation in-hand. Rather than the hotel dealing with the problem, they made it clear that I needed to resolve it on my own. That is not the kind of service I would expect from a hotel in this class. Fortunately, asiarooms.com quickly responded to my email and fixed the problem.
The facilities at the hotel are nice and the rooms are adequate. However, the second problem is location. It is necessary to a take a taxi in order to reach any of the interesting locations in Beijing. In my opinion, it is worth paying a little extra to stay closer to the center of town, although the hotel is probably fine for business guests. Also, the western food at the breakfast buffet was terrible. " |

Asiarooms' website was easy to use, gave lots of helpful options, and gave fast responses. A real pleasure to deal with.

| "Was a guest from 7-13 through 7-20. Great Breakfast,,,service is great. The staff is excellent, well converse for english, and always helping us out on finding a good place to shop or eat. Always getting us a taxi..I would stay again. If your going to Beijing, check it out, I was so happy with this hotel.
