This hotel is located in a prime location, in between the Forbidden City and Wangfujing shopping district. The building is Victorian in architecture and excellently restored to its former glory, accentuating the best of its glorious past.
The hotel service is excellent and the rooms are exquisite, to the point of being luxurious!
I highly recommend a traveler with good taste for fine food, service and environment to stay at the Raffles Beijing.

| "We would give 5/5, despite the fact that we got the hot water flask after 2 days. The hotel might have taken the trouble to buy 3 new flasks for us. All the staff we interacted with could commmunicate quite well in English. Rooms, service and location were excellent. First time we ever come across a "Pillow Menu"! Great value for the money!" |

| "Lovely hotel with loads of style. Superb room and very good facilities within the hotel. Central position and very close to some of the main attractions. Best English spoken in the hotels that we stayed in which is a great help.
On balance was inexpensive compared to other countries for a hotel of this class." |
