| "This lousy hotel rated 3 star is so horrible, most taxi also have hard time to look for it. Bath room also flood after bath.Saw Chair also broken. The surrounding area at Hotel is near the dirty smelly market & shop houses that for their local visit. Is is cheap we can close one eyes but we are paying for for 4star rate. Saw many check out the hotel those American scolding the counter girls. Even the Breakfast also horrible till most "Angmo" said Unbeliverable. This is my first time staying at horrible hotel, if compare the Bangkok Eastin they still far away from them. Understand from the taxi man at beijing previous year this hotel is worth cos full of mouse (formally is a bata factory)" |

| "All can i say good about the Red Wall Hotel, Beijing was that it was cheap at £30 a night, and we get what we pay for. I was a bit worried when the taxi driver at the airport didn't even know where it was. I booked 3 nights through AsiaRooms and stayed 1. The pictures on the web site looked good but in reality the hotel was filthy. The first room i was given was below street level so the view out of the room window was a sloping wall about 3 feet away up to street level. The carpet in the room had not been washed for, i don't know how long, it looked like an entire ramblers association had walked through the room only minutes before me. I complained at reception and they did move me to another room which was a couple of floors up, but the carpet was still in the same condition as the last room. Now i had experienced 2 rooms which for me was not good enough, everything i saw from then on was not good enough, so i moved to another hotel the next day, 3 times the price but beautiful. The lesson is, i got what i payed for. If you want it cheap and can put up with a dirty room The Red Wall is fine. I guess the condition of the hotel was no fault of AsiaRooms. But any future customers of the Red Wall be prepared. " |
