"My stay at the Ritz Carlton in Beijing was the highlight of my trip! From the moment I arrived to the hotel my mother and I received first class treatment. The receptionist who checked us in gave us a personall escort to our room and showed us what the hotel offers. She went so far as to help us maximize our time in Beijing by helping us plan a three day itinerary.
