| "The hotel was lovely, but I found several of the staff to be quite unfriendly and miserable. Also the food we ordered took a long time to come and when it did arrive was less than satisfactory. I did complain but no one seemed to want to know and as we were due to leave for the airport I did not have time to take it further." |

| "The staff was not very friendly. The taxi driver cursed all the way to the hotel because its address was unfamiliar and he had to ask for directions twice. We hated having to walk past the vendors and their expectant eyes and murmured comments each time we used the elevators. The "upgraded" room we were given was cute but definitely not for seniors as we had to clim a steep staircase to get to our bedroom. Business travelers zipping in and out may find this convenient, however." |

| "This hotel is wonderful for your first night in China or for a longer stay. The rooms are nice, the food is very good and the excersize facilities are good. Great value." |

| "Convenient access from Beijing airport. Room was small, but clean and adequate. Staff was helpful and responsive. Hallways were somewhat dark with soiled carpets. It would be helpful to have a king-size bed option.

| "An absolutely great hotel for a stay-over location in Beijing. Good hotel, excellent service and super food.
Would stay there again if I needed a hotel near the airport for an overnight stopover." |

| "The beds here are SO comfortable. The pillows were lovely to lay your head on. It was hard to get up in the morning. This place is only 10 minutes from the airport and a shuttle runs every 20 to 30 minutes.
The staff is extremely helpful and kind.
The breakfast is wonderful. The setting is peaceful." |
