Dear All,
It is already the 3rd time I stay in the Redbuds Flower in Changchun and I like this hotel. The staff and management are friendly and "discret" compared to many other hotels in China ! The ratio price/quality is good, for business men as well as for tourists.Food is good and can please asian or westeners guests, and prices are reasonable or even cheap. The only "negative" points are the cleanliness which is not constant and perfect, regarding the standard of the hotel ( 5 chinese stars...!), and the communication problems : very few staff speak or even understand english, in all services, on the phone or at the front desk as well as in the "business center"...So difficult to make a reservation, ask for a flight reservation, or a room service...! if not accompanied by a chinese speaking person !!!!
Otherwise the hotel location is close to downtown and the taxis are cheap and "everywhere".Rooms are spacious and rather well furnished and equipped, with phone and internet access.
Thanks to Asiarooms for this reservation and I will call you again soon for another reservation in the same hotel in Changchun.

| "We had a great stay at the hotel. After a little confusion at check-in everything went smoothly. The helpfulness of the front desk and bellboy was terrific. The breakfast spread was good. My sister-in-law was delightd that they had a 12 lane bowling alley although we ran out of time to use it. The hotel was in a perfect location for our needs. A very relaxing stay, we would certainly use it again and would recommend it to other travelers. All staff were very friendly and accommadating of our needs." |
