| "room more than met expectaions, and is a good value. staff is well trained and helpful. bathroom is a little small, but otherwise ok.
there can be some confusion as to the location of the hotel as it has three locations that are close together, and that is not obvious when booking." |

| "Excellent location and value for money.If you book into the South wing hotel room, make sure you tell the taxi driver it's the South Wing building.The main and SW building is divided by a busy main road which makes crossing over very inconvenient.The room is modern and clean but rather compact." |

| "the hotel is in a great location and is very clean. the bereakfast is not great. the staff are efficient but do not try and do something a little out of thenorm as that will really throw them. basically the hotel is fine if you are looking for somewhere central, clean and safe" |

Ideal for city stay.
Suggestion for improvement- Given that there are TWO separate lobbies, it is better to indicate CLEARLY on the booking (whether South or North), so that taxi drivers can send to the correct lobby.
