The Xin Liang Hotel was not great for the price. I had a very disppointing experience with the Hotel staff. They were very unfriendly and rigid. The bellmen were great.Only solace in such a unfriendly hotel. The carpets were very dirty and so were the bathrooms.The views from the 16th floor sucked. The free breakfast was good but again, the staff there were rude and unfriendly. I guess I will recommed this hotel only for those who look like chinese and can speak chinese.
