Generally service, from housekeeping to dining services are good. But inattentive cashier service upon checking out left a vary bad taste.

| "my daughter and i stayed here in march 2008, both adult females, and found it perfect and the staff very helpful.the reception staff had a good knowledge of english and the assistant manager jeffery couldnt have been any more helpful." |

| "Really liked this hotel - the room was very spacious and modern and the staff were extremely friendly. The location was very central with a starbucks right across the street. The hotel had a cafe / bar facility which served traditional afternoon tea which was extremely reasonable and delicious - it was like an oasis because it had been a while since we had tasted good english sandwiches and tasty sweet cakes - lovely! I would definately go back to this hotel as it ticked all the boxes as far as we were concerned. " |
