| "The beds are completely solid.
As a large guy weighing 102kgs I rarely find beds too hard. This was like sleeping on the floor.
These beds are rock hard... When you sit on the bed its doesn’t go down at all. Nothing, not an inch!
Sleeping is the most important thing one does in a hotel and these beds where not designed for that purpose.
Worse bed I’ve ever tried to sleep in. They upgraded us to the business room but it was the same.
On the 6th floor there is a Business Centre which was staffed by a smart business like lady who was flirting and giggling like a school girl on the phone when I arrived and continued during our conversation. It took about 5 minutes to establish that there was only 1 PC in the business centre and that it was in use....Call that a business centre...?
There was an office next to hers but the Chinese man in there only seemed to know one word of English. That was “No”
The 3rd bed we paid an extra 50% for was 20 years old with no mattress. So they used a quilt doubled over.
I don’t think we’ll be staying there again." |

| "very friendly and helpful staff, especially during the fair a lot of extra staff who speaks english. you must absolutely require a refurbished room on 9th floor as all the rooms haven t been refurbished yet and they are not so cumfortable and they look really oldish, no double glazed window so sometimes a bit noisy on street side
