| "We were upgraded to better rooms. The concierge was very very helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this centrally located hotel. They assisted with the arrangement of transport at very reasonable prices.
Will stay at the hotel again if we go back to Hai Kou. " |

| "Everything was perfect, the room, the restaurants(chinese and western), the bar, but most of all, the kindness and helpfullness of the staff. Unless they don't speak englisch, and we don't speak hainan laguage or chinese, they did all effort to help us. The bell-boy went to the busterminal to get tickets for the bus to Sanya for us. We can say, when you ever had to be in Hainan, go to the Haikou hotel, it's a good choice.

| "The hotel sign is a little difficult to find from the front of the hotel as it is located on the 2nd floor. Overall, quite good central location but Hai Kou is a little backward compared to other Chinese cities. " |
