| "The bar in the top floor unlovely and regarding the international sector the englisch of most of your employees is terrible.
Breakfast: the tea smells chlorine, the waiter sloped the coffe not only one time, the bacon is swimmong in fat !" |

| "The hotel is decent but in my opinion the 5 stars rating is too much.The room is not bad but the bathroom ,for example, is very simple and comfort typical of 5 stars hotels was not perceived.
The breakfast,although it was unexpensive,is quite poor and not satisfying completely western or international tastes.
The staff at the reception are kind but their english is not super so that some miscommunication occurred,nothing serious anyway.
The location is not so convenient for everybody to reach the lake as it takes minimum 15 minutes walk which,in any case, for us was not a problem at all.As a whole ,moderate satisfaction and acceptable value for money." |

| "The room is clean and the overall of the hotel is good. Only a slight problem on the location cause we expected a 5-minute walk to the West Lake as described by the hotel. The hotel is actually not that close to the Lake, it takes about 15 minutes walk. But for those who love the crowd, it won't be much of a problem as there are many shops along the way to the Lake.
