| "Overall speaking the experience of the stay is excellent. All the services from check-in, room services, to bellboy is efficient and helpful. The location and the environment is perfect. I have only 2 points to comment. One is the swimming pool is too small and while it is indoor, underground the water is too cold and it is not comfortable to take a nap at the pool side. Two is I've tried 2 times the Chinese restaurant but in both occasions I was told some of the dishes I'd ordered from the menu were not available. Anyway, this hotel is the first choice of my next visit to Hangzhou." |

| "Good value for the money. The location very close to the lake is a plus, and the staff was very attentive and aimed to please. The bathroom was a little small and the windows needed some cleaning, but overall, it was a positive experience at the hotel." |
