"I have stayed at this hotel several times. This last time was the WORST and most likely the last time. Location is great next to the lake, very beautiful. The bad things: It is over-priced, internet went down, employees hardly speak any English, bathroom is right next to the bed and if that is not enough the temperature is regulated in the room Which means, even though it was very warm in the room we could NOT turn the airconditioning on or do anything. It was centralized. We complained and they brought a FAN to the room. Yes nothing like staying at a 5 star and having a HUGE NOISY FAN in your room because it is too warm at nights. The internet going down was also a major dissapointment considering I was on a business trip and needed to check overseas e-mails. Called the business center to see if I can go use theirs and the staff hardly spoke english. It took the staff menmber several minutes to understand the words "internet connection is not working" It did not use to be this way!! Definately recommend you reconsider staying at this hotel. They have some good rooms, you would think that considering we are regular clients they would give us a better room. Not sure why we got such a bad room, we were paying FULL PRICE!!!! After 2 days we Left and went to the Radisson which was much better. No one even bothered asking why we were leaving earlier then scheduled. Let me just put it this way, I have NEVER before relocated or change hotels....so this should say something about my latest experience at this hotel."
