Hotel check in time is at 2pm, we got there at 3.30pm and our rooms were not ready for another 1/2 hour?! An extremely unfriendly place for non-smokers and people with asthma, ie hotel placed a very 'open space' cigar lounge at the hotel's main entrance, so there is no way to avoid passive smoking the second you entered the hotel.

| "Got the room through www.asiarooms.com. First off, the hotel is new and well-managed. Rooms are elegant, clean and spacious. Breakfast is great. I like the location because it sits aside the Westlake yet a Carrefour is within 5 minutes' walk. The staff was great, the lady at the Business Centre helped us get our train tickets back to Shanghai for our flight back. I am going back again except this time, I am going to bring my family and extended family along. Two thumbs up!" |
