Good surprise when arriving with an upgrade for the room !
Stuff is very helpful, and quite proficient in English.
Location is pretty good, very close to the lake, and in a quiet location (hence a bit far from the city center).
Room is very nice, even if a bit small. Very clean, stuff is very reactive (less than 2 minutes between calling for tissues and get them !). Bathroom is very modern. Hotel has probably been just renovated, and is among garden and water features at the back.
Breakfast is good. Loads of choice.

| "The location was a bit too far from Xihu lake or city centre, and it was not easy to get a taxi. That was the bad point. However, we are satisfied with other things, such as room size, cleaness, service, and atomosphere. I can recommend to my friends." |

| "Very large hotel with first class facilities for the traveller.
Lovely room with well appointed ensuite and outlooks over the lake.
Only complaint is that the size of the hotel means that it is a long walk to reception and to the eating areas.
Would certainly stay here again next time." |
