"Decent hotel but beware the people outside by the ATM there is a widely excepted scandal of fleecing Westerners of their money. They make ( force) you take them to the ATM for money under threat!! Just mind your own business and do not use the ATM after dark or converse with locals by the ATM's!! The hotel staff knows the problem but turns a blind eye."
