| "A bit disappointed by this hotel. The website from asiarooms announces a swimming pool ( with pictures!) but the pool was not in use for quite a while.
Not so helpfull reception staff for this 4 star hotel. I can understand there is the language barier overall in china but in other places people tried to help, here not." |

| "Great place to stay in Kunming. Rooms are well equipped and serviced. Buffet caters for all appetites. Staff are friendly and most can communicate in English. As a family of 4 we highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Kunming. Close to airport and railway station. Pool is closed in winter.
