Would I stay at this location
again:

Absolutely!
This hotel offered good value in terms of facilities and was conveniently located for my purposes - the Tuodong Stadium. The staff were very understanding of my lack of spoken Mandarin and very helpful. The small gift given on check-out was a nice touch. I'll certainly stay here again if I return to Kunming.
