Absolutely!
I had an apartment within this hotel for 6 months.
It was excellent, and hotel location is very central.
Last time at the last August.
Very friendly staff.
English spoken, not as good as one would expect.
Western food, better eat outside.
Room service and portions, not good and expensive for what you get.
