| "Room is nice but it would be better if the bed was not infront of the toilet. It would be betetr if the headrest was against the wall. With the toilet lights on in the night, it was too glaring.
Food taste & quality at coffee shop was not up to expectation for breakfast and dinner buffet(need to improve).
But it was excellent at ICE & Chinese restaurant. enjoyed the dinner at ICE.
Overall, pricing was too costly and it was a rip off for the spa!

| "My family and I were overwhelmed by this hotel and would come any ime again. The friendliness of the staff, the rooms, the service, and also the facilities were perfect. If there is two small points I would suggest to improve, the this would be
a) having a doctor available (there is only a small collection of medicine, but there was mothing for my ear infection after diving)
b) have an airport shuttle bus or share one with the neighbouring hotels who patially offer this.
But again, 5 points from 5!!

| "The hotel is perfect, simply the best, it is a real paradise.
I would like to thank all staff for good service, delicious food and drinks and many thanks to girls, that were singing in the Tick lounge.
If we are again in Sanya, we definitely will stay at Hilton Sanya!

| "Both the hotel and the island are fantastic and I'd love to go back - exemplary service, fantastic food and a very relaxing atmosphere.
We didn't do much more than lie by the pool or beach the whole time we were there, but it looked like there was plenty of diving/snorkelling/wet biking type stuff to do if you wanted to
Well worth the trip if you happened to be within a few hours flight - it's great" |

| "The room was amazing - plasma tv, dvd player and a huge round bath in the middle of the room!!! The resort is recently opened, so everywhere is spotlessly clean and brand new. The pool area is fabulous with plenty of sun beds and is right next to Yalong Beach. The staff are wonderful and helpful - nothing is was much trouble. REturning in a few weeks for another chill out!" |
