Poor chinese service, lack of efficiency in the restaurant. Staff regularly got the orders wrong and they ran out of chilled white wine, not good for a five star hotel/

| "English prices for food/drinks, but poor service for the money. Also no consistency with the service, it depended very much on what waiter you got in the restaurants. Some tables got water, bread and wine menus some tables didn't. The lack of staff training really comes across, no knowledge on hotel services/wines/things to do in local area/the staff didn't know or understand what was offered on the menu. It was a nice but nothing special week. Saying that pool was nice and rooms were clean and gardens well maintained. Definitely NOT a business hotel, very poor facilities. Internet so slow we gave up, staff not responsive to problems." |

| "English was not spoken by many guests or staff.
Fantastic area to do little or alot.
Tourist double decker bus every half hour past the front-was handy to get around sanya.
views were great and crowds did not exist
overall a very pleasant hotel and we thought the best area to stay at to miss the crowds." |
