"Had to wait a long time before i could check in at the front desk, staff was slow in processing incoming guests. There were other visibly frustrated guests (besides us) who were kept waiting in line. I have stayed in other 4-5stars hotels, and their service is definitely not up to standard."

"Although we were not thoroughly informed about the Typhoon when we called before arriving, the hotel was well prepared and the staffs were trained and quick to handle such disaster. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay, we'll be back when the weather is at its best!"
