Central Hotel Shanghai is nice hotel with friendly staff, very good located in heart of Shanghai direct on the Nanjin road. Metro connection is very near. The room was big elegant & clean. Service is perfect.

| "The people at the reception were rather businesslike, whereas the concierge and the bell boys were very friendly and helpful.
The lobby is nice but rather dull and quiet, but good for people wanting to avoid crowded lobbies.
The location is excellent overlooking the Nanjing pedestrian road.
