Rooms are clean. Service was okay. Gym is quite good. Goof location for Bund area. However I preferred the French area for restaurant and nightlife so wouldn't stay here again. The walls are very thin so we had a nightmare with noisy neighbour, which meant we were moved at 2 in the morning. Westin is the best in this area, go there for dinner. Don't go the Central hotel next door for meals.

| "The people at the reception were rather businesslike, whereas the concierge and the bell boys were very friendly and helpful.
The lobby is nice but rather dull and quiet, but good for people wanting to avoid crowded lobbies.
The location is excellent overlooking the Nanjing pedestrian road.
