I am very happy with the cleanliness of the room and its location. Nevertheless,The hotel staff at the reception can't speak and understand English that well.

| "The people at the reception were rather businesslike, whereas the concierge and the bell boys were very friendly and helpful.
The lobby is nice but rather dull and quiet, but good for people wanting to avoid crowded lobbies.
The location is excellent overlooking the Nanjing pedestrian road.
