My second stay at this hotel and will not my last.It has the best location in shanghai,And the hotel facilities are just first class (Great billiards room) Looking forward to my next trip to the great hotel in the second best city in the world.

| "The people at the reception were rather businesslike, whereas the concierge and the bell boys were very friendly and helpful.
The lobby is nice but rather dull and quiet, but good for people wanting to avoid crowded lobbies.
The location is excellent overlooking the Nanjing pedestrian road.
