The location is really amazing; right in the centre of nanjing xi lu. The perfect site for shopping enthusiasts. And it's just 5 minutes' walk to the bund.
The room is clean and spacious. The toilet is similarly clean and well equipped. The operator was very helpful and ready to render assistance.
However, i was disappointed as the concierge did not offer to carry my luggage even though i had at least 4 bags.

| "The people at the reception were rather businesslike, whereas the concierge and the bell boys were very friendly and helpful.
The lobby is nice but rather dull and quiet, but good for people wanting to avoid crowded lobbies.
The location is excellent overlooking the Nanjing pedestrian road.
