The best thing was the central location = People's Square, the Bund and the Metro only a few minutes walk away.
The concierge was very helpful with day tours to Suzhou and Zhouzhuang.

| "The people at the reception were rather businesslike, whereas the concierge and the bell boys were very friendly and helpful.
The lobby is nice but rather dull and quiet, but good for people wanting to avoid crowded lobbies.
The location is excellent overlooking the Nanjing pedestrian road.
