I arrived the hotel at 8am and requested early check-in and granted room at 10am. This allowed me more time to spend in Shanghai. Really appreciate it.

| "The people at the reception were rather businesslike, whereas the concierge and the bell boys were very friendly and helpful.
The lobby is nice but rather dull and quiet, but good for people wanting to avoid crowded lobbies.
The location is excellent overlooking the Nanjing pedestrian road.
