Location was excellent with easy access via taxis to anywhere we wanted to go. We caught the Maglev from the airport then taxi to the hotel which was a great experience. We were not aware that there was a hotel shuttle available until the day before we departed.
The breakfast was great but the menu in the restaurant was a little daunting for our daughter and even ourselves, so we only ate there once. This was my third trip to China and found the meals very disappointing.
Our room was a little cramped as we had a rollaway for our daughter so it was a little inconvenient at times when we wanted to access the computer on the desk as the bed was in the way. Free internet was a bonus.

| "The people at the reception were rather businesslike, whereas the concierge and the bell boys were very friendly and helpful.
The lobby is nice but rather dull and quiet, but good for people wanting to avoid crowded lobbies.
The location is excellent overlooking the Nanjing pedestrian road.
