Central Hotel is very well located with most of the attractions in walking distances. As I travelled with my old parents, I took taxi rather then take the Metro. The bell boy service is good, they are always there to attend to your query, and will inform the taxi driver where we are going. Thumbs up for the bell boy. And when I asked for late check out till 2 pm,they agreed with a smile. Excellant! Will stay there again if I ever travel to Shanghai again. Cheers!

| "The people at the reception were rather businesslike, whereas the concierge and the bell boys were very friendly and helpful.
The lobby is nice but rather dull and quiet, but good for people wanting to avoid crowded lobbies.
The location is excellent overlooking the Nanjing pedestrian road.
