Excellent hotel right in the middle of Nanjing Road and a few minutes away from the Bund and main shopping area.
Well connected to the rest of the city.

| "The people at the reception were rather businesslike, whereas the concierge and the bell boys were very friendly and helpful.
The lobby is nice but rather dull and quiet, but good for people wanting to avoid crowded lobbies.
The location is excellent overlooking the Nanjing pedestrian road.
