It is an excellent hotel, ideal location, room is specious and very clean. The breakfast was good, it had a good selection of both Eastern & Western menus. Hotel staff spoke good English, they were very friendly and helpful. We definitely will stay in this hotel again if we travel to Shanghai again.

| "The people at the reception were rather businesslike, whereas the concierge and the bell boys were very friendly and helpful.
The lobby is nice but rather dull and quiet, but good for people wanting to avoid crowded lobbies.
The location is excellent overlooking the Nanjing pedestrian road.
