I stayed at this hotel for a whole week. Location is perfect. Some of the main attractions are within walking distance and it is next to Nanjing Road, the main commercial road in Shanghai. My room was large and clean with everything I could need. Staff at the reception were a little bit on the cold side, but courteous. As a woman travelling on my own, there was a problem regarding my safety and they acted very professionally, caring about my well-being and offering me to change rooms. I would deffinetly recommend this hotel.

| "The people at the reception were rather businesslike, whereas the concierge and the bell boys were very friendly and helpful.
The lobby is nice but rather dull and quiet, but good for people wanting to avoid crowded lobbies.
The location is excellent overlooking the Nanjing pedestrian road.
