A central location just off the pedestrian strip of East Nanjing Rd but not noisy ( we were on level 15)given its location. Room was always clean and well serviced; two good sized beds,a desk, fridge and coffee making faciliteis made the room a little cramped. Hotel has good massage facilities which were well priced - foot massage very good. Special mention to the Concierge who couldnt have been more helpful and after our stay when my sister left behind a bag of shopping housekeeping packaged it all up for collection and delivery to Australia.

| "The people at the reception were rather businesslike, whereas the concierge and the bell boys were very friendly and helpful.
The lobby is nice but rather dull and quiet, but good for people wanting to avoid crowded lobbies.
The location is excellent overlooking the Nanjing pedestrian road.
