The hotel was very well located and the buffet breakfast was good with a wide selection of food available. Biggest complaint is the heating. It was winter and the room temperature was way too hot - uncomfortably hot for sleeping and the temperature controls didn't seem to make any difference.

| "The people at the reception were rather businesslike, whereas the concierge and the bell boys were very friendly and helpful.
The lobby is nice but rather dull and quiet, but good for people wanting to avoid crowded lobbies.
The location is excellent overlooking the Nanjing pedestrian road.
