Absolutely a great place to stay while in Shanghai. The location is within short walking distance of major tourist attractions such as the Bund and People's Park. The customer service is friendly and well versed in English. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I personally enjoyed the free jacuzzi/sauna/gym access.

| "The people at the reception were rather businesslike, whereas the concierge and the bell boys were very friendly and helpful.
The lobby is nice but rather dull and quiet, but good for people wanting to avoid crowded lobbies.
The location is excellent overlooking the Nanjing pedestrian road.
